Requirements:
2:1 or 1st Class Honours degree in Computer Science from a top tier university
A genuine passion for technology & software engineering
2+ years experience in OO development - candidates demonstrating strong experience in C# development who have a real desire to transfer to Java development will be given consideration if meeting all other criteria
Highly motivated to become the best in your field demonstrating a genuine determination to succeed
Resilient & results oriented
Strong communication & problem solving skills with the ability to deal with extremely high profile colleagues in a credible & professional manner
