Our client is a thriving local software house specialising in the development of software products and solutions to the education sector. The company has a broad client portfolio across Europe and their product portfolio contains a number of highly-profitable, innovative and award winning tools.

Due to increased success in their target markets there is now an urgent requirement for a Training Executive to join the team. This is a broad role that includes responsibility for delivery and provision of training functions to the client base but also has a strong commercial slant in that the successful applicant will be expected to up-sell the product range and spot key commercial opportunities within the existing customer base. It is a broad and exciting role that the successful applicant can really make their own. key responsibilities are as follows:

- Produce high quality training documentation and video related guided tours for products
- Web conference training
- Developing a certified trainer programme worldwide
- Visiting customers / resellers and delivering training programmes
- Identifying sales opportunities
- Liaising with sales and marketing staff to provide sales leads

Candidates will need to have a solid background in technical / product training as well as production of training manuals and ideally a background in business development or account management. We are ideally looking for the following background:

- A similar training role within a technology related industry
- At least 3 years experience with a significant sales content
- Ability to travel internationally when required (up to 30% of the time)
- Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written

Ideally candidates will have other European languages, especially French or German, although this is not essential.
